#45 - Thank You for Protecting Me from Harm

Dear Father, how many millions of cars have passed by me on the highway without incident? How many times did I not choke on food? How many steps did I take without falling? How many people moved away or changed jobs who had the thought of doing me harm? How many times did a dog not bite me who passed me on a sidewalk? How many times was I buzzed driving but I made it home safely anyway? How many times did You prevent something from catching fire in the home? Father, I have often complained about how You have not done all the things I've wanted You to do. However, I have no idea how many times You've protected me from harm. Forgive me for my lack of gratitude. Thank You for Your great compassion and generosity as expressed by the amazing ways You have protected me. Amen.
