#314 - I Was Promoted
Volume 1 - Prayers to Love God

Dear Father, I was promoted at my job. My employer saw all my hard work and they have trusted me with more responsibility and higher pay. Thank You. Help me to be worthy of the new job. Help me to learn how to do it right. Help me to continue to perform with excellence. Help me to help others do their job well as an expression of my gratefulness to my employer. Father, Your Word tells us that if we do well in the small things You will reward us with greater responsibilities. May this be true of my spiritual life. Father, I want to be promoted in Your Kingdom. I want You to trust me with greater responsibilities because I am faithful to You. I want to be a worker who You can count on. Father, teach me the job You want me to do in Your kingdom and then help me to do it well. I want to touch more and more lives as I grow one step at a time. I will give Jesus Christ, Your Son, all the glory. Amen.
