#52 - My Heart Sings for Joy in Worship But...
Volume 1 - Prayers to Love God

Dear Father, I love worshipping You in the church. I burst with joy. I lift my hands. I sing songs of praise to You with gusto. You are an awesome God. You reign on heaven and earth. I love to shout about how great You are. Blessed be Your name and I am here to worship Jesus, the Messiah. I want You to open the eyes of my heart and I shout it in the church. However, away from the church, Sunday afternoon through Saturday night, that's a different story. I worry about life. I doubt You will be faithful. I manage my own life. I desire other things more than I desire You. I'm not very obedient and I am not all that compassionate to people in crisis. I don't share my faith with other people. Is that worship? Am I deeply in love with You? Father, true worship is revealed every hour of every day of the week. Father, may I worship You by the way I live my life 168 hours of the week and not just on Sunday. Amen.
